I listened to a talk by Ebon today and he has absolutely no qualms with
joint licensing.  That should be enough for most FOSS developers.

Also do not under estimate the costs of translation, documentation, and
bug triage.  This is where the community is making significant inroads.
Developers are only part of a larger whole, I would love to have more
involved but they are not the complete picture.
