Of course basically nothing except possible bloat. :-) We didn't close the issue, so it can be worked on. My current favorite is to switch on displaying the title not as a global option, but as a document specific one. You can use it in different places. And IMHO the title indeed is superfluous on most operating systems because you can use long file names. The title property goes back to ancient times where filenames had to be 8+3, it's a legacy.
