Maybe because somebody else has Linux connected to an always-on-connection, while Marco doesn't. Maybe because it costs him lots of money just for a regular connection. Maybe he pays by the kilobyte. I'm sure that you'll argue that he shouldn't be on this list, but that doesn't change the fact that somebody out there should be able to handle the problems.
