I've never herad of the Bookmarks tab page. But I recommend you use the
navigator. Go to Edit > Navigator. There's also an icon on one of the
toolbars (towards the right).
The navigator lets you find tables, headings, figures, notes, and yes,
bookmarks too. And I'm pretty sure it lets you edit and remove them.
