Todd,

I like your suggestion about a one liner to say where the rpm will be
installed.  I had a little trouble finding it as well. 

One little tidbit of information that might be of use in the future is
that the rpm command

rpm -qlp <rpm-file>

will give you a list of the files in an rpm and where they will go.
