I'm assuming that you are using OpenOffice.org1.1.x rather than a beta release (1.9.x). In 1.9.x the page preview button is on the standard toolbar by default. To put it on the toolbar for 1.1.x: Tools > Configure... > Toolbars Choose the toolbar that you would like the button to go on, E.g. for the toolbar that is usually across the top of the window choose "Function" Click the Customize... button Click the + to the left of View in the left listbox Scroll down to Page Preview and click on it Choose the location where you would like the print preview button to go (e.g. Print directly) in the right listbox Click Add Click OK Hope that helps. If what you meant is that you don't like the look of that icon and would like to create your own, then as OPenoffice.org doesn't have that functionality built in then some information about your operating system would be useful.
