These projects compliment each other very well and the openclipart project fills a big hole in OpenOffice. The reciprocal is also true. Together they make a good replacement for other office packages and one that I have happily used for years.
While on the topic of openclipart, is there an easy way to quickly generate the information to tell the OpenOffice gallery that it exists?
