People often forget that freedom of speech is not the only right in the universe. There are other rights, that some times take precedence. For example, I can't follow you around on the street shouting at you and say it's freedom of speech, because you also have a right to not be harassed. There was a time when burning flags in the US was illegal (is it still illegal?). If you go to a play and are being disruptive, you'll get kicked out.
In brief, just as you have the right to speak your opinion, I also have the right to not listen to you and you shouldn't try to impose that on me. And saying "cover your ears" (or "just delete the email") doesn't always cut it.
What say we set up some way of allowing him/her through verbal discussion in a chat room or alike to push his/her point, remembering of course to invite everyone to attend, so we can evaluate his/her words simple as words and not an attitude or social disorder.
