Robbie,
 Many of us have never used MS Outlook and do not see what type of 
integration we could have. Please explain the type of integration you would 
like to see. If you would really like to see this then you should help to 
define exactly what the needs are and maybe others who are also interested 
would help to develop it as an extension of OpenOffice.org and Thunderbird (or 
alternative email clients).
