Perhaps a Revision History could be one thing to be considered in the
3.0version of the software. Not only that, but a person could track
their own
progress on a project, and choose to fish out anything pertinent that
previosly didn't fit, or has changed in relevance.

Look in the Help index under "changes". It's in there all right, it's
just called something slightly different than in other products.
BTW, the Help files on this subject seem to have a couple of minor
inaccuracies; don't let that put you off.
