But it does come with OOo2.0.x as demonstrations:
Try: Tools > Macros > Run Macro... >OOo Dev Macros > Capitalise
Both the bsh and python "rotate' the capitilisation from lowercase to
UPPERCASE to Sentence case.
So either of these macros could be assigned to Shift+F3.

How cool! Is there any documentation on these macros? I looked at a
couple of them and they don't seem to have much internal docs
(comments). If a guy knew what they were trying to do, it could be a
fantastic learning tool.
