I agree with this. You would provide your customers with a more powerful tool to do their work. Also it would allow them to use a standardized and open file format.

I made some CD's of photos from a seminar a few weeks ago, as I could not get all the photos on one CD, I had to use two. I filled some of the extra space with copies of GIMP and OOo for Windows.

It also could end up being good public relations to give your customers a better tool for doing their work. It sure wouldn't hurt.
