It has come to my attention that the folks at www.thinkall.com are using the
SUN microsystem product OpenOffice in a commercial way to either generate
revenues directly or, to promote the sales of other revenue generating
products. I checked the SUN microsystem-generated list of authorized CD
distributors for the OpenOffice product and, the company ThinkAll was not
included in that list.

If you visit the webpage -at the aforementioned website- which specifically
promotes OpenOffice, you will note that nowhere on the page is any mention made
of either SUN microsystems or, the open-source project that is responsible for
the coding of OpenOffice and, the subsequent free downloads of this code from
the OpenOffice website!

I just thought that this sort of thing should be well known to SUN
microsystems. I hope that SUN microsystems is benefitting from Think
All's use of the OpenOffice product as both a promotional and,
revenue-generating tool.

  Regards, Mike Momich
