Yes, there are plenty of web based calendaring tools free. We use one at
work even though Outlook and MSO are available. I don't see the need to
"integrate" the calendar with anything. It can automatically send
messages to people using E-mail to any E-mail client so what integration
is actually needed with some specific E-mail client? I am curious about
all this integration and the real value it has - I'm willing to be
convinced but I haven't seen any compelling evidence of need.
