Hello, I recently created a presentation using OpenOffice.org 2.0.2 using the screen resolution 1680x1050. The presentation mainly contained screenshots captured with Alt-PrintScreen and pasted into OpenOffice.org using Contrl-v. I cropped the irrelevant parts from these screenshots using the cropping functionality, and highlighted certain parts using ellipses. I experienced one major and one minor issue doing this:
When I wanted to present the presentation, I switched back to a resolution the beamer could handle (1024x768). Unfortunately, the cropped images where now cropped at different places with a side result that the places where my ellipses were highlighting things, were located differently. You can imagine how annoying this problem is to experience the last moment before presentation... One minor thing I experienced during taking the screenshots and pasting them, was that I had to paste things twice most of the time; the first time, the previous screenshot was pasted. I had to remove it and past again (capturing it again was not necessary). I don't know if this has to do with OpenOffice.org or KDE3.4 that I am running on Slackware 10.2 Greetings, Geert. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
