I think it means "the full versions of OOo: namely StarOffice and
StarSuite". Which sounds a bit unfortunate, because StarOffice is no
"fuller" OOo, but a different product that is based on OOo.
However, I am also a bit confused: OOo main page [1] the update is
announced as a new feature ("built-in check for updated versions").

IIRC, the specs say that this feature is, because of a technical reason,
only available for Hamburg-builded installs.
