Is it possible to make the keyboard shortcut to, say, "Save as" function

OO? How?
Yes!
Select Tools/Customise from the menu.
In the category box, choose Documents, and in the function box select Save
As.
Now choose a shortcut key in the top box, preferably one not already being
used.
Click on OK and you're done!
