Dear Sirs,
I am writing to you because I would like to know if you are planning to
improve the macro feature of Open Office.
I must confess I am really fed up with Windows, nonetheless I am forced to
use it and MS Word because I have written many macros that are helping me
in my work (translations and DTP).
Rumors say that the macro language is much slower in Open Office, apart
from the fact that I should rewrite all the VBA macros.
But I'll do it if your plans are in strenghtening this aspect of your
suite. As a matter of fact, I think that the possibility of writing modules
and macros in MS Word has contributed markedly to its diffusion. It's time
to change, isn't it?
