I used 602 Office Suite quite a few years ago (while using
OpenOffice.org as my main office suite). They were completely
different programs.
I'm not sure if that has changed, but they certainly don't share a
common history or origin.
IIRC last year they decided that it doesn't make sense to develop
separate software and they switched to OOo and sell services around
it under this brandname (connected with Mozilla TB etc.).
But I don't know more.
