Sure it does. You use the Print Preview set it up the way 
you want it and then print the preview. Been using it 
since before OOo1.0.0.  

In the Help, look for the search by index or index 
search:   printing;print preview

Adjust these the way you want them in the PrintPreview.
Then print the print-preview.  It isn't really intuitive, 
but it's been available since the beginning.

Try a search in the Help index for:
   print preview
printing;print preview
or some such. 
 
Currently, my OOo22 has the interface in Spanish. 
Keep asking if something isn't clear.
