It would be harder to make it totally automatic, but once you know exactly how many "uncounted" pages there are (let's say 2), you can simply use a formula field instead of the page count field.

Insert > Fields > Other > Variables > Insert Formula: PAGE-2

The symbol "PAGE" stands for the total number of pages. If the number of uncounted pages changes, you have to update the formula manually.

Embedded objects are isolated; I don't know of any way to link them together directly.

However, if you insert the objects as links to the same spreadsheet file, then they will both show the same data, and you can adjust the scrolling to display different parts of the sheet.

style "image_inside") between "shadow's text box" and limits of page. I
trying to use the "image background" in style box, but don't permit me
that. Is there any form to do it?

I don't think there's any way to add the image to the page format. You can always just insert the picture in the page (anchor to page). You may need to set the Wrap to "wrap through" so it can overlap other items on the page.

It doesn't hurt to copy the picture several times; OOo will make them all share just one copy in the file.
