Hello, I am an assistant at Faculty of Enterprise Management at Katowice Economic University. My research concerns virtual organizations. Your group seems to be quasi virtual organization. I am very interested in rules you are using during remote work, how does co-ordination and control look like? Because of the above I would be very satisfied if you could share some practical information concerning management and operation of your virtual organization. Later I would like to have a survey about your organization. Your co-operation will help to develop my Ph.D thesis and also will help present students and later managers to broaden their horizons.
