The currency options in Calc are linked to Language options (see also Tools > Language Settings > Languages > Default Currency). There is a language option for Turkish, so you will also find 'YTL Turkish' in the list. As a 'Turkish Citizien, born naturaly as a Turkish citizen' this is the option you will want to select. For Kurdish speakers who live in Turkey, who's language option is 'Kurdish (Turkey)', there is the currency option 'YTL Kurdish (Turkey)'. There is no intended implication here that there is a Kurdish version of the Turkish Lira. All OOo is saying here is that both Turkish speakers and Kurdish speakers use the New Turkish Lira in their Calc spreadsheets. By incorrectly putting 'YTL (KURDISH) , TURKEY' instead of 'YTL Kurdish (Turkey)' you have made it look like YTL is a specifically Kurdish currency. There is nothing that requires a patch to OOo.
