Music notation is an intrinsically hard problem, still more "black art" than engineering. That's an area that the open-source model doesn't seem to do well; the "one or two mad geniuses" style of programming seems more successful. I wish Sibelius had a Linux version, but it's not expected anytime soon.

And it would have nothing to do with OpenOffice.org's mission.

Please also make a UNIVERSAL TEXT EDITOR program as an OpenOffice
suite component. This would be something along the lines of
Notepad++, Programmer's Notepad, UltraEdit, etc. It would be an
Integrated Development Environment for ALL programming languages, and
the syntax highlighting, code folding, curly brace line-connecting,
etc. To make things easier, there should be a number of common
programming languages' syntax-recognition included with the editor.
Then, API and syntax-recognition plugins would be written for other
used or obscure languages. Also, there should be compiler
integration too. This new OpenOffice component would be very useful
for programmers.

Why compete with Eclipse?

And it would have nothing to do with OpenOffice.org's mission.

Please also make an EMAIL program as an OpenOffice suite component,
like the equivalent of Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla
Sunbird/Thunderbird.

Why compete with Thunderbird?

And it would have nothing to do with OpenOffice.org's mission.

Thanks for hearing my suggestions, and hopefully you guys can have
these three OO.org components by version 2.5 or something

...by version 2.5? Bwah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!

While you're at it, what about a Universal Translator, an Automatic Car Driver (with full government certification), and a universal solution to the n-body problem?
