I recommend Kompozer or Dreamweaver instead as CMSes are hard to set up
and need to be frequently updated to have proper security. CMSes are
designed for huge websites, not simple few page sites. Also, they
frequently break and then all you get is error messages.
I disagree, blogs are not huge webpages and they are indeed single users
CMS. Also is easier to manage iwth a more friendly interface.
