To Whom It May Concern:

This email is sent to you just to say Thank You. You are doing great. I, as
a real fan and supporter of the free software movement am very interested to
have an OpenOffice.org on my laptop, but as a comment I just want to say
that comparing to MS Office 2007, it seems that OpenOffice needs a huge
improvement on its visual user interface in order to have the ability to
attract others using OpenOffice instead of MS version. The real problem is
that people are adapted to the monopolizing strategy of MicroSoft and it is
little bit difficult to change their minds to a new product. Even, when
OpenOffice is free of charge, it is completely possible that they pay for
the MS version, because in the first look, they may think that it is a very
simple program and maybe can't satisfy their needs. So, for those who will
use OpenOffice for the first time, it is really important to see a n
attracting user interface which as I think can change their mind and let
them think that others can do the same or even a better job than MS is
doing.
