I don't know about you, but I would rip the thing out by it's roots within a couple of hours. I can spell, but my wife cannot easily. For nothing else, marital harmony requires that I step on this as hard as I can. Besides, how would she continue to know that she needs me to check her spelling if this was there?
No we don't need this... -----Original Message----- From: Johnny Rosenberg [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, January 18, 2008 2:09 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [discuss] idea for alternate spell checker 2008/1/16, Eric Jackson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > > I have had an idea in my head for a good spell checking feature, but since > I'm not a programmer, there is little I can do with it. I'd love that... for everyone else... I can only speak for myself, but I think I know the spelling of most of the words I write, especially in my own language, Swedish. Still I do a lot of spelling errors, but these are in most cases just a result of things like hitting the wrong key and things like that. It would be very frustrating to spell a word maybe ten times just because my fingers slipped... but if the feature is possible to turn off, why not? --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
