Thank you for your patience. Your objections to my proposal seem quite natural.
So now to try again and win your support, I must disclose the whole picture
and the whole plan.
Civilization is now experiencing a general crisis and sliding to a catastrophe.
As an analysis shows, underlying this crisis is the crisis of modern science.
My independent research initiates the reform of modern physics and paves the
way to the reform of modern science in general. Therefore, the timely and
proper publication of this research is of vital importance for the destiny of
civilization. To proceed further with the reform of modern science, it will be
necessary to establish an International Center of Reformed Science (CRS) or
something like that. This is exactly what my purpose is.
If realized, the CRS would attract huge donations from sponsors, international
organizations and private persons.
I propose the OpenOffice.org to help me realize this Project of the Century and
share its donations. I appeal to you with this project because the OO.o is a
non-profitable independent organization and therefore, in my view, more liberal
and more social, as compared with modern state institutions.
There are hundreds of scientific institutions, journals and publishers. I have
applied to dozens of them. They all flatly refused my advances without any
explanation. Indeed, my research is too radical and threatens their programs,
accelerators, colliders, their works and their position in science. So they are
not inclined to recognize and publish it. Thus I must seek roundabout ways. As
to online publishers, there are hundreds of them, but, in general, they do not
publish professional scientific books with a lot of mathematics. Besides, to
start working, they offer their publishing packages from $500 to $2500 .
However, if I purchase one of that staff, they may refuse for one reason or
other to publish my book, and I would not be able to make them do so.
So what is left for me now is to try and create on my own a website with my
research or, possibly, find a support from some non-governmental organization .
I have already tried to contact to that end green parties and environmental
organizations in Europe, but failed and, sincerely, I do not understand the
reason. Perhaps scientific establishment have been waging a war against me and
enlisted security to their side.
So the situation is quite absurd. Why should I proceed with the work vital for
civilization without any support from numerous and powerful scientific and
social organizations?
My plan is simple: to publish my research either on-paper or online, establish
a new scientific journal and then creat the CRS. So could you join this fateful
project? It would certainly be helpful for your specific programming work as
well.
