To submit a "request for enhancement" you have to use the QA Issues system
You will need to register on the OOo website, and confirm the email you
will be sent.
Then login and go to http://www.openoffice.org/issues/query.cgi
It is a bit difficult the first time, but fairly logical if you just
work through steadily. Seems the site is down at present, so I can't
give a detailed walk through
Assign the issue once created to tl It should be fairly obvious how to
do this if you get that far.
