I propose increasing the number of seats in community council to 12
and building it based on Categories of Active Projects.

1 representative
Call for candidacy and nomination at extensions, external, ucb,
bibliographic lists.

Language Development and Support
2 representatives
Call for candidacy and nomination at l10n, native-lang, lingucomponent lists.
Candidacy, nomination and voting on [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Distribution
1 representative
