To whom it may concern:

I've had two different people in the last couple of months ask me where
they can get MS Office for free and I've seen it here a time or two
also. I *think* I might know where those questions come from, or at
least one place.

I also agree with this point. However remember advertising is not famous to be exact. That is not their goal at all. The goal is to capture the attention of people. I understand many people will think that they are downloading a MICROSOFT product. However they are captured by the message which is the goal the advertising tries to reach.

How would you think that it should be worded keeping the same eye catching effect?

Perhaps someone should flag SUN and have them reword that ad. I know if
I did it I'd just be written off as some dummy but there are names here
who could at least get the information read and understood.

We have experienced a lot of downloads and we feel that strategy has a lot to do. Regardless I think beside addressing the spelling mistake is important to come with a potential solution.

Kind of drives home "what's in a name", eh?  Just trying to help;
nothing else. The "other machine is my wife's and she skips any and all
download offers, so I don't know how long it's been there. Seems like
this machine got updated quite awhile ago but it's used constantly where
hers is not.

Sincerely,

Twayne
