[discuss] Microsoft Outlook equivalent?

I almost switched to OpenOffice just now, but then I noticed that there is
no equivalent to Microsoft Outlook.
 
So, are there plans on creating something that's just like Outlook, but of
course with a clever OpenOffice name?
 
For the sake of clarification, I am referring to MS Outlook as found in MS
