Hello Martin, I can't reproduce your problem. I have the m8 of OOo 3.0.0 on my Intel Tiger iMac, and I can press F4 as I please. The data source toggles on and off, but OOo keeps functioning. Not sure whether the m8 is the same as rc3, I thought it was (build is 9357 - see Help>Info about OOo).
