Good morning! My name is Marius Popa, a user running your wonderful
software, and I want to suggest you to make some improvements to the program
you develop as concerns exporting as PDF. Right from the start, I must
suggest you to make possible that every user should be able to export files
as PDF/A files in compliance with ISO 19005 standard for long-term
archiving, a functions that ought to be available for all options.

First of all, the program should have a splash screen introducing the option
and its logo to the user when any user wants to export files as PDF, as well
as a text "Export files as PDF" appearing on the splash screen. At a glance,
your software should have some features that should appear on the splash
screen. The same splash screen must have an option allowing users to opt for
showing the splash screen when they want to export files as PDF or not. The
splash screen must also have a wizard in order to welcome and introduce the
user into the world of the function of the program and teach him how to deal
with the subfunctions of the program. Moreover, the splash screen must have
six large buttons featuring six subfunctions of the program, namely Create
and combine, Comment and review, Export and convert, Insert and edit, Secure
and sign, and Forms.

When pushed, the "Create and combine" button should lead the user to a
second splash screen, where users should be able to create PDF from a great
variety of formats (text and images), from scanner, from applications
through the agency of the virtual printer driver and to combine different
types of files. When creating and combining files to convert them to PDF,
users must be allowed to opt for viewing the converted files after the
process comes to an end (with the built-in viewer or an external one).

When pushed, the "Comment and review" must allow users to add sticky notes,
highlight text, add stamps and notes, and attach files. When pushed, the
next button has to allow an user to extract all images and text, copy text
and copy page areas in order to paste them into other applications for
publication or further editing. The "Insert and edit" button, when pushed,
has to let users edit text and graphics, add attractive headers, footers and
watermarks, and insert, delete and rearrange pages.

When pushed, the "Secure and sign" button has to let users secure documents
and manage security policies, sign documents and add digital IDs to PDF
files, and manage permissions that may be applied to created PDFs. Finally,
the last button, "Forms", when pushed, must let users open and email forms,
create a new form, edit, and submit a form.

The user-friendly interface must be intuitive and organized into categories
that should be the same as the above-mentioned buttons with arrows to the
left that should lead users to the tasks they must perform.

If you want to ask me questions about what I have written in this email,
feel free and do it. Success!

 Best wishes,
Marius Popa

Thats not a Splash Screen, thats a tutorial.
