it seems that this person keeps sending the same e-mails with dats in 2006 and 2007. I have received them for about the third time today.

any ideas?
Some years ago I had a similar problem:

Using the Mozilla Suite and a POP mailbox I chose the option to keep the mails on the server after downloading them.

Probably because of a bug all the mails I kept on the server have been downloaded twice or three times until I deleted them.

Perhaps William's problem is similar. Perhaps the mails he sent from 2006 to July 2009 are stuck in his outbox and are re-sent whenever he sends another mail.

Most of the mails seems to have been sent to the list:

http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/SearchList?list=discuss&searchText=William+W.+Austin&defaultField=author&resultsPerPage=110

But as some of them haven't reached the list, this could be a problem of his "draft" area.

What ever it is - I hope anyone can reach him. Back in 2005 he used a different account (please have a look at the archive link).
Mr Austin

You seem to be sending the same e-mails with dates in the past. No-one will bother to look for anything that old.

Why not set up your date and time properly
He probably didn't change the date - the mails are old...

If we can't reach him, this might be a case for "force-unsubscribe" ...

Best regards

Bernhard
