Perhaps you could send him the link he needs to un-subscribe, rather than
sinking down to their obviously frustrated level. It appears (to me anyway)
obvious that the frustration many feel as in this case, is due to the fact
that they never received an answer to their problem/question. Again perhaps
if help was given in a dignified manner to those who need it, then we would
not get angry frustrated posts like the one in question, where many then
feel moved by righteous indignation to then respond.
