Please excuse me if I don't really understand the request here.  I've opened
calc (OOo) spreadsheets on both my ubuntu mini-pc running OOo 2.4 and my vista
notebook pc running OOo3.1, and note that there are tabs at the bottom of the
page for sheets 1, 2 and three.  I can manuever among them freely with one
click and readily copy and paste from sheet to sheet(s).  I can also do an
independent second sheet added to sheet 1.  don't know of a limit to such
sheets.  The name of the file could reflect the content of the various
spreadsheets.  Mostly, however, I open some 10 or 12 spread sheets and tables
at the same time, maneuver among them through the window tool, if Im just using
OOo, and with the hp key on my mini, and the bottom of the screen toolbar on
the vista.  Don't know how excel does it.  I also run Firefox and KompoZer at
the same time and copy and paste as I see fit.
Hopes this helps,
carl

Sorry if I am in the wrong place with this suggestion or if it has been made
before. I've only started using OO and today had the need to use multiple
sheets. What would be nice is to see the names of the sheets on each sheet
or better still on tabs like MS does it in Excel. Is this possible?
