There has been a steady decline over the years regarding mail to both users
and discuss mail lists. Haven't noticed a specific decline since the
migration.

There are still moderated emails coming through, but I'm not 100% sure they
have the 'moderated' tag set in the email headers any longer. I think the
change in email list management software (to Sympa) may have changed this.

The support page does seem to have an incorrect link (have raised the
issue), however you can use the following one to get to the users mailing
list archive:
