There has been a steady decline over the years regarding mail to both

Aah, that's it then. I should have looked more closely I suppose, but have been relying in my MUA colouring non-subscribers a virulent colour (!) Which is broken now :-(

think the change in email list management software (to Sympa) may have
changed this.

    Also, the 'user' archives and 'general OOo mail lists' pages aren't
    accessible from the support.openoffice.org
    <http://support.openoffice.org> web site - I just get 'page not found'.

    Are there temporary hiccups still in the big move?


The support page does seem to have an incorrect link (have raised the
issue), however you can use the following one to get to the users
mailing list archive:
http://openoffice.org/projects/www/lists/users/archive/

Incidentally, I noticed my own mail was delayed around 7 hours; seems to have bounced round the kenai mail system a bit.
