Have you tried to select that cell and then hit Ctrl+F2? Then you can easier debug the formula, by placing the cursor in different places of the formula to see the results of different parts of the formula. I don't know for sure, but aren't you supposed to use a ”;” (semicolon) as a parameter separator rather than a ”,” (comma)?
