I don't confuse draft/provisinoal plan documents on a wiki and agreement on 
migration approach.  But now that I see all of this, I particularly appreciate 
Kay's enumeration that you link to for OOO-to-ASF-site-recommendation.

I commend this to the attention of the stakeholders here on OO.o as well.
