Is it possible to attach a 10Gb vif to a bridge, even if there are no physical 10Gb interfaces attached to that bridge? We're trying to provide a 10Gb switch fabric to some virtual machines for connections that never need to leave the physical machine, which sounds like it ought to be possible, but it's not immediately apparent to me how you'd accomplish it.
