Well, I guess maybe this is more of a Xen question....just validating I
suppose that vif's are as fast as they possibly can be, regardless of the
speed of any physical interfaces attached to the bridge.  (And not strapped
to a phy line rate).  In most of our testing of course we're stuck with 1Gb,
but probably that's a driver problem in the xen domain.
