To do so, I did the following: I installed a flow-entry in the switch that matches the packet address, then rewrite it to the local bridge address of the switch. To test this: 1. I connected two hosts with a switch in between 2. the first host ping the second host, however 3. the controller inserts two flow entries one in the switch to catch the packet and rewrite it with the switch address and another in the host to rewrite the source address of incoming packet with the address of the second host, to let it think the respond is coming from the second host "intended one" not from the switch. 4. I run their interfaces in promisc mode. 5. working with IP addresses However, it is not working with me Is there something wrong with this procedure. Any help will be appreciated Best regards, Eng Amer Alghadhban COE SANS-GCFW CEH, SCNP, CCNA _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://openvswitch.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
