There are a total of 6 books, one for workshop 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, & 7.
The 8th workshop was not held but a collection of papers that would
have been accepted by the workshop was published as a special issue
of IJHCS. I believe it came out sometime last year.
The publisher, Ablex, basically crashed and burned. I understand that
there is another "Ablex" around (someone who bought the name or
something like that). I also believe that the old stock was sold to
some company in England. I am surprised that you got the 6th book --
I thought I had the only stock of ESP 6. Publisher for the 7th
Workshop was ACM Press. We expected them to be a bit more reliable
than Ablex, though I don't know of anyone who has tried to get a copy
of the proceedings since the workshop was held.
