I interpreted this the other way. by "where we look", I assumed that you did not mean "where we point our eyes" but, "what pages do we retrieve" If you wanted to look at what psychologists call "visual search", which is to say the control processes that result in eye movements, you might want to start elsewhere. > My understanding of the Pirolli paper is that is deals with more > active (than eye movement) searches. Nevertheless, Card and Pirolli have actually done eye-movement studies in support of their theories on information foraging.
