Has anyone done any work on pair programming (a la eXtremem Programming)? An interesting issue cropped up on the ACCU general list (we are just a bunch of professional programmers who reflect on our work as well as do it:-) and it might be good to have real data and information about this issue rather than just uninformed speculation -- which if stated often enough become fact :-)
