The documentation is managed with the Daisy CMS. (more info on http://www.daisycms.org/) The system provides features targeted towards managing multiple translation variants of the same document. (and tracing untranslated changes)
When we get to these translations I'll be happy to set-up asap the system for the language you want to provide. (and leave explanation on how to set-up other languages in the future.)
Honestly though, I think on short-term the focus should be on getting a decent English version of the docs together.
