Hi Ralf,
the Restlet Bugs are managed by http://restlet.tigris.org. Just create
an account (top left), klick "Issue tracker" on the left navigation
bar and insert your bug report.
BTW: If I remember right, you took a look into the JAX-RS extension.
If you find bugs their, you could put them also into the bug tracker.
