I concur, Restlet on OSGi is interesting to play with ... maybe a candidate for a research-oriented project, or something with a very future forward vision. I don't think it's a serious option for production work right now ... I'd stick with either the Servlet or Standalone modes for production applications. I have been able to do some cool stuff with Restlet under Eclipse OSGi though -- nice to be able to swap plugins around the Restlet bits.
